Refund policy

All Zura Apparel products are made to order specifically for each customer. This helps reduce waste and supports responsible production.

Because our items are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor colour variations between mockups and final print

  • Sale items or gift cards

Please carefully review the size guide before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.


Consumer Rights (UK Customers)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please note that made-to-order goods may be exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
